Maxwell Milo is an up and coming hero who is a first year student of U.A. and an inspired Hero. He was raised as an orphan after being abandoned by his parents. He goes by the hero name: Maximum. His quirk energy abortion allows him to take most forms of energy and transform it into a different king of energy or use it to increase his stamina, speed, and strength. == Appearance == Maxwell is described as being a tall kid. He has black eyes that can change blue when he has a lot of energy stored and his hair is also black and it's very long, spiky, a messy comparable to Yamcha from the Dragon Ball franchise but when he absorbs large amounts of energy his hair spikes up like static electricity. His veins also turn blue when he has large amounts of energy stored. His hero costume has a palate of red, blue, white, and black. He wears a red shirt and blue pants with some white on them. His boots and gloves are black and he has a white line going down his hands into his third fingers. His boots have a bit of plating on them and they black and white strips with a few other white details. His shirt has a large whit M going across the front. == Personality (WIP) == Maxwell is known for his cheerful, energetic personality and his love for new challenges. He takes most situation in stride.However when he gets extremely angry he tends to go berserk. == History (WIP) == Grown up in as an orphan, when he was 10 he had once gone against what he was told and took his quirk to new limits. After that for a time he was a bit of a local celebrity. Inspired to become a hero he joined a hero agency named "Agents of Justice" (Name pending) at a young age becoming one of the first junior agents. The "Agents of Justice" or as they are sometimes called "The Agents" are owned by the parents of his best friend, Melody who is also one of the first junior agents. == Abilities and Powers (WIP) ==
